Broad Exposure From Our Extensive Network
Our office will submit your home to the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) for maximum exposure and we will execute email blasts to our entire database of active buyers and sellers to let them know about your listing once it is new. We will also execute a separate email blast to our sphere of qualified Realtors who have a track record of selling homes in your area, so that they are aware of the new listing, and can forward it to their prospective buyers. Leveraging our extensive network is one of many efforts to maximize value and service for our clients.
Open Houses, Showings and Tours
Your home will be shown by a highly qualified member of our team. We never decline showing requests and at your discretion, we may hold “agents only” open houses to allow local agents to preview your home. At your discretion, we will host, or coordinate, consistent weekend open houses (typically Saturday and Sunday 2pm-4pm) to maximize the amount of Buyers coming thru your property. We will introduce your listing to all of the agents in our top producing RE/MAX office, and keep them informed about any updates on the listing.
